It appears that Principal Amhurst lost a bet or something... 
Ah... the high school Christmas party... a promising sign that time off is around the corner, and a great excuse not to do any school work!
This drawing was actually done nearly a month ago as a contest entry for the website listed on the banner. Truthfully though, I was thinking of my watchers when I drew it. (well, the ones who read the creative process anyway
) I thought you all might find seeing the Principal in a santa suit amusing.
I know, I know... I probably should have uploaded this THIS MORNING or LAST NIGHT but... ehn... I couldn't decide if I was in the mood.
Part of it is that working at the mall makes me tired of Christmas very early in the season (hence the little jab at the holiday with the Grinch) and part of it is that I am seriously considering trying to change up the style of drawing for my comic. I wasn't sure I was in the mood to be reminded of what could become my "Old Way" of doing things... I'll know more about it when I actually have time to draw.
And if you're wondering who all those "Other People" in the background are, they're all characters who may or may not someday appear in my comic, depending on how I feel in the future.
Btw: I hid a WHOLE bunch of cameos by some of my favorite cartoon characters in the pic; see if you can find and identify them all!
